1860 Henry Rifle

Excellent 1860 Henry Rifle.  44 Henry RF.  SN 5344.  Manufactured 1864.  A very nice Henry rifle.  Gunmetal (brass) parts show a nice mustard patina and metal flake appearance.  Barrel bluing has turned a brown patina with light high point wear and sharp corners.  Mechanically excellent with good bore, exhibiting frosting and some scattered pits.  Much better than average.  Wood has been lightly sanded and refinished at some point in the distant past.  Overall, a very solid and attractive Henry.
